- The facilitator asks the participants “What is addiction?” and starts a discussion.
- At the end of the discussion you provide answers continuing the presentation.
- The facilitator groups the categories into 6 macro areas.
- The facilitator shows a video from Youtube

The facilitator briefly introduces the definition of technology addictions and their types.
- The facilitator introduces the concept “The technology addictions”

- The facilitator asks participants two questions for reflection and then provides advice through an infographic.
Micro-Learning: Practical advice to avoid the risks of technology addictions

Understand the importance of protecting ourselves from technology addictions.
- The facilitator submits a case study to the participants.
(Find and print the case study) - After the participants have read the case study, they start a group reflection using the 3-5 questions of the presentation as guidelines.
